Professional Home Inspection
As a certified home inspector, I will perform an unbiased, non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of the property. I follow the Standards of Practice established by InterNACHI.
The home inspection is not intended to cause panic, but rather to inform the current homeowners or potential buyers of the property's current condition. Everything that takes place on these inspections is centered around making sure you feel well cared for and well-informed.
Many defects outlined in the report will be minor defects and are provided for informational purposes. Life safety issues and major defects will be highlighted so the homeowners or buyers can make an informed decision regarding the home.
A typical home inspection takes approximately 2-3 hours. The size and age of the home can shorten or lengthen the time.

I remain available for further consultation once you have your report, in the event you would like to discuss it in more detail.
